The Nielsen report was announced on Wednesday. It said that Google had about 153.4 million unique visitors each month for most of 2011. This was the case from Jan to Oct 2011. About 61.7 percent of Internet searches are done through Google too, as reported by a report done by Experian Hitwise.

Facebook not in first

The most-searched term of 2011 was Facebook, as reported by Experian Hitwise. Nielsen said that Facebook “held its lead among social networks and blogs.” The business had 137.6 million unique visitors each month, which put it in second place.

It’s been almost 2 weeks since I got my HTC Magic running Google’s new mobile operating system: Android. It’s been a great two weeks, I’m positively in love with the device and Android is just superb. All the things that used to frustrate me about Windows Mobile 6.1 (I had an HTC Artemis before this) have magically disappeared and I cannot recommend Android enough. I thought I’d take a breather from playing with the phone and blog about some of the applications I’ve found for Android that make the phone so special.

There are so many differences between the eastern culture and that of the west. Take wedding for example, they differs in many aspects.
